Jewell is a North Carolina native and graduate of Wake Forest Unversity where she has served on the Board Of Trustees.  She began her brokerage business with York Realty in 1984 and continues her business today with Prudential York Simpson Underwood.   Jewell has served for many years on the prestigious "Top Producers Council" of the  Regional Raleigh Board of Realtors.  She was top producing agent in closed sales with the company in 2006.  She has been the top producing agent in her office for 24 of her 26 years with the company.
